TONATIUH One Year Album Anniversary Vinyl

TONATIUH [Toh-nah-tee-oo, Xiuhtezcatl’s middle name and the Nahuatl word for “sun”] is a coming-of-age story of an artist rooted in his culture, community and land. This limited vinyl pressing celebrates the one year anniversary of TONATIUH, and is Xiuhtezcatl’s first album to be offered in this medium. The special edition of TONATIUH includes artwork from Kai Mazatl, photography from Josue Rivas and Dorian Ulises López Macías, and layout design by Alberto Reyes. 

The album features contributions from Trooko, Renata Flores, Nathan Willet of Cold War Kids, Adrien Quesada, Dallas Goldtooth, Mato Wayuhi and Esty, with award-winning visuals filmed in Xiuhtezcatl’s homelands of Xochimilco, Mexico.
